Arts and Craft where people can enjoy creating things from cardboard, tins, thread and needles etc, the group is for all ages.
A tea and coffee morning where the elderly comes together for tea and coffee and to socialise with each other to reduce feeling depressed or isolated.
This is a group for people who enjoy being creative to create new artwork and share ideas and art together. Refreshments (tea, coffee and toast) are provided along with a relaxing, friendly and social morning. Feel free to bring along your own art equipment or this can be provided.

We are a social games group for older people located in Waterloo. We play gentle games such as indoor kurling, shuffleboard, darts, table tennis, bean bag bowls, skittles etc. Cost is £2.50
We are a social dance instructed dance group. We provide lessons for older people wishing to learn how to sequence dance. Refreshments are also provided.
