Volunteers’ Week is a special time to celebrate and thank the people who give their time to support others. Volunteers are at the heart of our communities, and this campaign week is all about recognising their incredible impact.
Each year we’re proud to mark Volunteers’ Week at Action Together by celebrating the amazing contributions of volunteers across our communities. We shine a light on the power of volunteering, showcase local volunteers and their impact, and thank those who give their time to make a difference.
Action Together are the accredited Volunteer Centre for Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside, connecting and supporting volunteers with local volunteer opportunities, helping people give their time and support to charities in their community.
We also support voluntary and community organisations to develop their volunteer roles and processes.
Whether you’re an organisation looking to recruit volunteers, or a resident ready to give your time, we’re your go-to hub for all things volunteering.
