The Oldham Men’s Network brings together organisations in Oldham to focus on support for men and boys. It provides opportunities to share information about services and what is on offer, explore opportunities to work together as well as addressing the challenges being faced by men and boys and those working with them.
About the network
The network started in February 2025 with the aim of improving information and coordination of services and activities to support men and boys in Oldham. Our initial focus is on collating information about what is available locally, establishing the network and working together to plan for International Men’s Day which takes place on 19 November.
Any voluntary, community, faith or social enterprise (VCFSE) organisation who works with men in Oldham on gender specific projects join the network. Organisations seeking to improve support and provide more opportunities for men and boys in Oldham can also attend even if they do not yet have gender-specific projects.
Network meetings
The network meets approximately once every two months. Our meetings and events are shared in the Events and Training section of this site.
