I can offer an exercise and nutrition plan over due course to help and support the service user in meeting their individual needs and wants - meeting them where they are at to achieve future success.
The Welcome Place is a new Drop-in and warm space open to all for company and a cuppa and the invitation to bring a hobby and share a hobby. All activities are free. Singing for the Brain is a programme using music, singing and gathering together to help meet the needs of people with dementia and their carers. We are trained as and working in partnership with Alzheimer's UK

Elevenses breakfast club, offering toasted crumpets, fruit loaf and tea/coffee for 50p.. A chance to meet others and socialise. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Every Thursday afternoon we do fun bingo and play three games for chocolates and we have tea/coffee and biscuits for £1. This offers people a chance to meet others and play some fun games.
The last Friday of every month we hold a Craft Club. Luna Crafts come into the communal lounge and we make something with their instruction.
We have a Communion Service on the first Thursday of each month which is delivered by the local Methodist Church with refreshments afterwards.
VIC offer a variety of training courses as the needs arise. In the past we have held First Aid courses, IT sessions, drug awareness, volunteer training etc
Approximately once per quarter VIC arrange a social inclusion trip to a variety of locations, once a fortnight walks are arranged in the Lancashire / Greater Manchester areas
VIC host an art group (meet on Tuesdays and Friday) at the VIC centre and also a painting class in the style of Bob Ross on each Saturday and Sunday at the end of each month.
Vic also host "Crafty Chatters" who meet each Monday between 10am - 12pm
We have a centre in East Lancashire where any of our veterans are welcome to pop in for a brew or they may need specific support and advice with regards to their housing, financial benefits etc
A safe, confidential session for South Asians with memory issues or a formal diagnosis of dementia to come socialise, have fun and be themselves.

Our team includes includes doctors, nurses, recovery workers, support workers, peer mentor volunteers, and trainers.
Place of Welcome are run by local community groups who want everyone in their neighbourhood to have a place to go for a friendly face, a cup of tea and a conversation if and when they need it.
Beavers, is the youngest section of Scouting operated by The Scout Association in the United Kingdom. The core age range for Beaver Scouts is six to eight years, though exceptions can be granted.
Cubs are an age-based section of The Scout Association for young boys and girls ages 8 to 10½. This section follows on from the Beaver Scouts (6-8 year olds) and Cubs will move on to Scouts at the age of 10½. The section originally opened as Wolf Cubs in 1916
