If you have difficulty standing or walking, it doesn't have to mean exercise is out of the question. We offer chair-based exercises you can try at home.
Open to everyone over 16. All variety at crafts, makes hats, scarves & gloves for homes less, toys for charity.

Regular Circus Classes at Skylight Circus Arts St Chad's Fold Rochdale. From Mini Youth Circus to Silver Circus for over 65's. Classes start at £5 per session. Specialist sessions for children and adults with disabilities and additional needs. Funded projects are free for local people.
