    Neon stands for Networking in East Oldham Neighbourhoods. They are a neighbourhood group that consists of around 60 smaller volunteer run groups. Together they run a centre that is the heart of its local community. In one building many activities take place making it a real community hub. There’s a Job Club offering drop in and advice for locals looking for work. Citizens Advice run a drop in advice session. Local people with learning disabilities use the centre for cooking and craft sessions. Neon brings together so many different groups.
