Run by MIND, this support group provides a meeting place for those suffering the effects of anxiety or depression. This group meets and enjoys lunch together every Tuesday 1pm-3pm
The Men’s Group are a friendly bunch who meets every Wednesday between 1.30pm and 3.30pm to socialise, enjoy trivia and quiz games and offer their encouragement and support to each other.
Our computer skills drop-in is a session for those wishing to improve their general computer skills or for assistance with specific enquiries. Frank’s Fitness Challenge is the next step up from Frank’s low level fitness group, providing a more challenging but equally as enjoyable fitness challenge. This group meets every Friday between 10am and 11am and costs only £2 per session to join. No need to book in advance.
