We are a church based charity organisation. Church being the first point of call most times for people, we support people with food, bus pass etc
A weekly walking group for people of all ages. We meet every Tuesday at different meeting points depending where the walk is. We walk different routs across Tameside. The session involves people coming together to try some gentle exercise and play different games such as curling on a carpet to work on co-ordination and ability. Its a great group to be involved in for socialising.
