Instagram Small Business Mentorship Programme

Aims/priorities: Small Business Britain has partnered with Instagram to offer businesses an opportunity to benefit from their new UK Mentorship Programme.

Participants will learn about content creation, marketing and social commerce from renowned creators, successful founders and Instagram experts.

Those who apply but are not picked for this mentorship programme will still receive a specially curated digital toolkit of best practice guides for social commerce for Instagram.

Money Saving Expert (MSE) Charity

Aims/priorities: Funded by Money Saving Expert, the MSE Charity gives grants to UK not-for-profit organisations that deliver activities which make a lasting impact on how people think, behave and manage their money.

There are two rounds per year. Four themes rotate through a two year cycle.

The A B Charitable Trust - next deadline 31 October 2021

Aims/priorities: The funders support work that promotes human dignity and defends the human rights of marginalised and excluded people. They fund small to medium sized charities who work in three priority areas: 

Migrants, refugees and asylum seekers -  in this priority area, funding is available for charities which do any or all of the following:

The Adamson Trust

Aims/priorities: The funding aims to support organisations and registered charities that provide assistance with the cost of holidays or respite breaks for disabled children (aged 3 to 17 years) with physical, mental, or emotional impairments. Funding is available for the costs associated with holidays and/or respite breaks. The holiday must be taken by the day preceding the child's 18th birthday.

Peter Cruddas Foundation

Aims/priorities: The Foundation aims to benefit disadvantaged and disengaged young people in England and Wales, through funding charitable organisation that help them towards pathways into education, training and employment. 

Funding is available for the following priority areas:

Greater Manchester Answer Cancer Fund

Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to support local VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) organisations to raise awareness of cancer screening and possible symptoms and causes of cancer. 

The funding is for events that help increase the awareness of cancer screening as well as boosting the numbers of people signing up as “Answer Cancer Champions” by running local level awareness-raising and recruitment events.

The focus is on three types of cancer:
