Independent Mental Health Network are holding a forum where there will be a space to discuss any thoughts and experiences of running peer support. They will discuss the challenges we can all face, as well as our hopes and vision for peer support. They hope that the forum will serve as a space where you can learn from and support each other to develop best practice and hopefully leave reinvigorated and inspired.
When: There are 2 dates available:
Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to support projects which benefit the local community and environment, children and young people, mainstream schools and education, special needs education and people with disabilities.
Who can apply? The following organisations are eligible to apply:
Aims/priorities: Funding is intended to support communities to campaign and advocate to make food in their area better for people and the planet.
Who can apply? Sustainable Food Partnerships, local authorities and community or campaign groups in the UK may apply.
Grant amount: Grants of up to £5,000 are available.
Aims/priorities: the advancement of the Christian religion and of the Christian injunctions by the issue of literature, including books and the promotion of existing books.
Who can apply? Any local group or organisation that wishes to place Christian books and DVDs in community places such as public libraries, schools, hospitals, hospices, prisons or churches in the UK or abroad (as long as the applicant pays the postage). Individuals may also apply.
Applicants may apply for more than one library at a time
Aims/priorities: Funding for public bodies, non-government organisations, community groups, charities, individuals and private companies, to support the planting and establishment of large and small trees in urban and peri-urban areas of England.
Who can apply? Applications will be accepted from public bodies, community groups, charities and non-government organisations, individuals and private companies in England.

Fire Safety in the Workplace Short Course is designed to help you and your business understand the risks of fire and the steps that can be taken to mitigate the risk of fire. It will provide the knowledge required to prevent fire and protect people from harm.
The course outlines from the very basics of how fire starts and spreads, through to risk assessments and managing risk, as well as outlining the legal obligations of different people in the workplace and their roles and responsibilities relating to fire safety.
Areas Covered:
Fully funded x 50 Millie’s Trust Family First Aid Courses free to community groups with the aim of supporting parents of children up to learn first aid techniques for children (up to 16) and adults. The courses will last all day from 9.30am-3.30pm each course up to 15 participants.
