Aims/priorities: The UK Youth Fund – Covid Relief has been created to support youth organisations who have not had access to the crisis funding they require to survive the Covid pandemic.  The aim of the fund is to reduce organisational closures as a result of Covid and support the adaptations needed to ensure high quality essential services to young people can continue in both the short and long term.

Who can apply? Youth organisations with an income of under £250,000.

Grant amount:  Up to £50,000

Aims/priorities: In response to coronavirus/COVID-19, the Foundation has created the Feeding Communities Grant scheme. The funding is to be used to provide meals for those in need in the run up to Christmas. This includes individuals, families, meals at children's healthy holiday clubs.  The grants can support the following:

Aims/priorities: The Digital Collaboration Fund aims to address the challenge of continuing to support international artistic collaboration during COVID-19 restrictions.

Through a series of grants, this fund will support organisations to devise new virtual ways of working internationally, in turn creating a climate-friendly approach to international collaboration and artistic exchange.

There are three strands available under this programme:

Aims/priorities:  Forever Manchester is helping community groups across Greater Manchester keep in touch and bring that Christmas spirit to life.  Forever Manchester has always believed that connected communities make stronger, happier communities and love any activity that brings people together.

Aims/priorities:  GMCVO are managing the grants process which is funded by Greater Manchester Moving (with money from Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership).  The grants will be awarded to ideas to get more people in Greater Manchester walking while adhering to government social distancing restrictions.  

All activities must encourage people who are usually less active to start or increase the amount they walk regularly whilst adhering to government social distancing guidelines​.

Aims/priorities: The Community Giving Fund is provided and administered by NFU Mutual, a UK registered mutual insurance composite. 

The Fund’s main areas of interest are:

• Connecting the community; reducing social isolation, providing opportunities, and encouraging resilience.
• Providing care and support to vulnerable members of the community.
• Relieving poverty; improving the health and wellbeing of communities.
• Advancing education and experiences for young people.

Priority will be given to:

Aims/priorities: The Fund aims to support the activities of local community or voluntary groups and projects that contribute positively to the quality of life, wellbeing and improved health of people and communities which address any or all of the priorities listed below:

Aims/priorities: The Near Neighbours Small Grants scheme aims to encourage stronger civil society in areas that are multi-religious and multi-ethnic by creating association, friendship and neighbourliness. It intends to bring together people of different faiths and of no faiths to transform local communities for the better.  Near Neighbours has two key objectives:

Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to ensure or increase access to key services and activities for beneficiaries who have struggled with access due to COVID-19. The grants will support charities to digitally enable access to services, or to adapt their delivery of existing services to comply with social distancing or other COVID-response measures.
