Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to support the work of charities and organisations whose purpose fits with the objects of the Delamere Dairy Foundation for the benefit of the public, namely:

Aims/priorities: The Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES) provides funding to support improvements to existing district heating or communal heating projects that are operating sub-optimally and resulting in poor outcomes for customers and operators.

Aims/priorities: The overall focus of the Sustainable Future Programme is on developing and promoting sustainable, low-carbon alternatives to the current consumerist and growth-based paradigm.

Who can apply? Grants are made to a range of organisations. It is not necessary to be a registered charity to apply to the Trust, however, the Trust can only support work which is legally charitable as defined in UK law.

Aims/priorities: The Fund aims to support people to create a world in which power is more equally shared, and in which powerful institutions are responsive and accountable to wider society and aligned with the long-term public interest.

Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to support projects to improve the health, wellbeing and financial literacy of people who are experiencing homelessness.

Background: The Home Office is committed to supporting and stabilising the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable asylum-seeking customers to reduce the likelihood of harm to the individual or wider society. Most recently (2022/2025) this commitment has been reflected by the provision of the Therapeutic Support Grant funding. The Home Office is now seeking to build on that grant’s findings.

Aims/priorities: The funding is aimed at individuals and groups of young people who are able to demonstrate that through volunteering or community service they can enhance the lives of others, particularly those most marginalised by society.

Who can apply? Applications are accepted from UK based volunteering or community service projects, organised and run by young people (under 30 years).

Grant amount: Up to £500 are available.
