Didymus Fund

Aims/priorities: The aim of this fund is to support smaller charities who are working in the areas of social inclusion, education, the arts, equality and diversity, and religious understanding. The fund will enable charities to run projects and initiatives that build hope and enrichment of life for people who have been disadvantaged for whatever reason. 

The funding is for projects that fulfil at least one of the following goals:

Veterans' Foundation

Aims/priorities: The aim of the Foundation is to help charities and other organisations that support serving and former members of the British Armed Forces, and sometimes their dependants, who are in need.

The funding can be used for projects covering a range of aspects of social care for the Armed Forces community, including but not limited to:

Arnold Clark Community Fund Winter Edition

Aims/priorities: The fund aims to help UK charities and local community groups continue their important work which may be at risk due to the coronavirus pandemic. The funding must be used for charitable or community purposes.

The current funding focus is on organisations who deal with or address the following categories:

Malnutrition Awareness week 2021

Please help them raise awareness on the important subject of malnutrition in older age. This is something that unfortunately affects 1 in 10 older people in the UK and the figure is likely to be higher now due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

They have listed below many different ways you can get involved and make a difference during Malnutrition Awareness week. We hope you will be inspired!

Oldham HAF Winter Programme

Aims/priorities: The Holiday activities and food programme is a government initiative that aims to provide healthy hot food and enriching activities during the winter school holidays, primarily to children and young people aged 5 to 16 who are eligible for benefits related free school meals.  It is funded by the Department for Education (DfE). The aim is for children and young people to socialise, learn and play during the winter holiday period, enjoy a hot meal and have fun.
