Aims/priorities: The North West Regional Strategic Migration Partnership (RSMP) are pleased to announce that grant applications are now open for English Language Support for Young People in the North West of England (28/10/25)
The funding through this grant programme will be to deliver projects focused on non-accredited English language to young people, aged over 16 that are:
- Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders
- Homes for Ukraine (HfU), and Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) visa holders
- Communities for Afghans household’s
Who can apply? The below organisations are eligible to apply for this funding. However, please note that this funding is provided on a non-profit basis. All funding granted must be used only for the delivery of the project for which it is applied for. All applications will undergo rigorous Subsidy Control Act checks.
You can apply if you are:
- Registered, exempt or excepted charity.
- Charitable incorporated organisation (CIO).
- Community Interest Company (CIC) limited by guarantee.
- Charitable company (limited by guarantee).
- Community benefit society (Bencom).
- Constituted community group.
- Faith group, where the activity is not promoting religion.
- Limited Companies.
Grant amount: The amount available to apply for through this grant is £10,000, with funded activity to end no later than 31 March 2026
