• Oversee shop strategy, income, staffing, and volunteer management
• Advise on marketing, merchandising, and customer engagement
• Ensure shops comply with health & safety, employment law, and other regulations
• Monitor shop performance and recommend improvements
Person Specification: Retail or business experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, commitment to animal welfare
Time Commitment: 6–8 board meetings per year + AGM, project involvement and key events
• Additional time may be required for specific projects, committees, or events
