Aims/priorities:

This fund aims to support organisations led by and for Black and Global Majority groups that are working for the health and well-being of their communities in innovative and disruptive ways to challenge structural racism, disrupt systemic and discriminatory ways of operating, build community resilience, health and well-being, promote racial and social justice, and leave a legacy for others to build upon.

Funding is for projects and activities that benefit the well-being of Black and Global Majority communities in a holistic way.
 

Aims/priorities: This fund aims to support projects and activities that align with the objectives of the Trust: 

Aims/priorities:

The foundation makes grants to projects which support young people (16 years and under) who are challenged by abuse or addiction, who are young carers, or who are homeless/without a safe place to call home.

Who can apply:

Applications will be considered from organisations who require funding in the areas of:

• Abuse
• Addiction
• Child carers
• Homelessness

Organisations must have a turnover of under £1.5 million and be supporting young people aged 16 years and under.

Aims/priorities: The funding aims to get more people active and increase sports participation across England.

Priority will be given to projects where there is the most need.

There is particular interest in projects providing opportunities for groups facing barriers to activity, such as: 

Aims/priorities: The Strategic Legal Fund (SLF) for migrant groups in the UK is a fund to support legal work in the UK that goes beyond securing justice for an individual and makes a significant contribution to law, practice and procedures to uphold and promote the rights of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants more generally.

The SLF aims to tackle injustices and inconsistencies in law and practice that disadvantage or discriminate against asylum seekers, refugees and migrants as a result of their migration status.

Aims/priorities: The Trust’s stated policy is to assist projects engaged in the relief of human suffering in the UK or overseas, particularly those with a Christian emphasis and ethos.

Who can apply? UK registered charities are eligible to apply.

Grant amount: Funding is at the discretion of the Trustees. Each application will be assessed individually and assessed on its own merits, however, an average grant would be a small one-off amount in the region of £1,000 to £3,000.

Aims/priorities: The Memorial Grant Scheme is a VAT reclaim scheme which means the funding is intended to cover the costs of VAT already paid.

The funding is intended for registered charities or faith groups excepted from registering as a charity to help with the cost of works like repairing and cleaning public memorials or installing a new memorial. 

The memorial can commemorate a person/people, an animal/s or event/s.

Aims/priorities: The Trust aims to make it possible for artists and those presenting their work to undertake and complete projects when frustrated by lack of funds. It is committed to helping artists and art institutions and galleries that depart from the routine and signal new, distinct and imaginative sets of possibilities.

Who can apply? Funding priority is given to artists in the fine arts and small organisations and galleries within the UK.

Aims/priorities: The Royal Countryside Fund launched their new strategy on 26 April 2024 in which they set out their vision for the Fund’s work over the next four years (2024 to 2028). 

Aims/priorities: The Capacity Building Fund is designed to support the creation of a sight loss sector that is coherent, sustainable, and resilient to the rising demand for equal service provision across the UK.

The fund offers unrestricted grants for organisations in the sight loss sector across the UK whose growth and sustainability are challenged by the uncertain economic climate and cost of living crisis.
