The Arts Society Grants

Aims/priorities: The Arts Society is an arts education charity with a global network of local Societies that aims to bring people together through the arts.

Who can apply? UK-registered charities with an annual turnover of less than £3 million whose main activity is in the arts, crafts, and heritage sectors, can apply.

Applicants must provide a copy of their latest annual accounts (no more than 12 months old), alongside their organisational bank details.

Grant amount: Up to £2,000 are available.

Imperial Polythene - Imperial Community Impact Fund

Aims/priorities: This fund aims to encourage and empower local organisations working in the fields of environment, sustainability, creativity, and addressing local problems to deliver projects that enhance the well-being of communities and promote sustainable development. 

Who can apply? The following can apply:

  • Charities.
  • Charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs).
  • Community interest companies (CICs).

Organisations must:

Security Industry Authority Grant for Good Causes

Aims/priorities: The funding is for registered charities and other not-for-profit organisations in the UK where they can demonstrate a grant will have a positive impact on public protection or the wider security industry.

Who can apply? Registered charities (both national and regional charities will be considered) and community interest companies in the UK can apply.

Applicants must also be able to show how the grant will support one or more of the following:

Matrix Causes Fund

Aims/priorities: The funding is for projects that contribute to one or more of the following objectives:

  • Access to justice
  • Equality of opportunity
  • Sustainable environment

Priority will be given to organisations:

Education Endowment Foundation

Aims/priorities: The EEF’s funding rounds focus on particular topics, and projects will be funded within selected themes under these topics.

The Spring 2025 funding round is for programmes focused on the post-16 theme.

The objective of this funding round is to support and evaluate programmes that seek to improve outcomes for post-16 learners. Programmes can be general or subject specific, across academic and technical qualifications, with the exception of apprenticeships, which sit outside of the EEF’s remit.

Community Innovation Fund

Aims/priorities: Our Community Innovation Fund is open to Turning Point services and the organisations, enterprises and groups that we are connected to in areas where we are located. If you have an idea for a project that would improve wellbeing for people in your local area, you can apply for up to £2,500 to bring your idea to life.

Who can apply? Organisations, enterprises and groups

Grant amount: Apply for up to £2,500 to bring your idea to life

Wheels and Walks - TfGM's NEW Community Programme

Aims/priorities: Wheels and Walks is a programme that supports people in Greater Manchester to become more active by walking, wheeling and cycling. 

Through the programme, community groups will be supported to deliver walking, wheeling and cycling activities for people in their local area. By sustaining activity across Greater Manchester, we can reach communities who would really benefit from these activities. 

Rowing Foundation

Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to help organisations and clubs involved in 'on water' elements of the sport of rowing who may be too small to apply for larger sources of funding, such as a National Lottery grant. The foundation also offers funding towards the costs of the refurbishment of boats used by juniors.
