Aims/priorities:
TRANSforming Futures is a five-year project provided by the National Lottery Community Fund. It is managed by the TRANSforming Futures Partnership, which consists of LGBTQ+ organisations such as Consortium and Stonewall UK.
Funding is intended to support equality-focused projects which improve outcomes for trans people in the following areas:
Who can apply?
Aims/priorities: This annual fund is aimed at local groups who are working to improve spaces in the heart of their local community. In 2023, the funding will support bigger community projects within local communities where local people can be together and thrive.
The funding is for projects that fall into at least one of the following categories:

Healthwatch Oldham are hosting a free Health and Wellbeing Event on Tuesday 28 February from 10:45am - 2pm at the European Islamic Centre, 79 Manchester Road, OL8 4LN.
The event is in partnership with BAME Connect and OAK Community Development, and there will be a range of health and wellbeing stalls from services across Oldham providing information including:
Aims/priorities: Kellogg’s, in partnership with Forever Manchester, is awarding grants of £1,000 to school Breakfast Clubs, to help them provide breakfast to those children who need it most.
Who can apply? Eligible breakfast clubs must be based in a school in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Your Health Oldham would like to invite you, your colleagues, and your networks to our FREE Raising the Issue of Weight Training. This is a bespoke training package that has been developed to support you and your colleagues to ‘have the conversation’ with residents about weight.

They would like unpaid carers to get involved to help create a new Carers’ Strategy, which will outline priorities and support for unpaid carers across the borough over the next three years. Your views will help to shape the strategy and support they offer locally.

Aims/priorities: The Charles Plater Trust is an independent charitable organisation that makes grants to a wide range of religious and non-religious organisations, people, and groups, supporting leadership, social action, and applied research projects across England and Wales.
Funding is intended to support the Trust's three main priorities:
Who can apply? Registered charities with at least three unrelated trustees or directors can apply.
Aims/priorities: The Institute of Physics provides funding for projects across the UK and Ireland that improve people’s relationship with physics in their family or community groups.
