Aims/Priorities: This fund aims to support organisations to deliver SNG’s Wellbeing Champions Programme, focusing on upskilling young people aged between 10 and 20 to become Wellbeing Champions, and facilitating the space for them to plan and lead a youth social action project addressing mental health and well-being.
Who can apply? The following can apply:
- Registered charities.
- Constituted community groups.
- Community interest companies.
- Charitable organisations.
- Local-level public bodies.
- Another housing association, established in the UK (preference will be given to smaller organisations with limited resources to capacity build).
Applicants must:
- Have the capacity to recruit young people and deliver a youth social action project within the required timeframes.
- Have the capacity to deliver on reporting requirements.
- Have a written governing document.
- Have at least three unrelated people on their governing body.
- Have an Engand-based bank account with at least two signatories.
Applicants must provide the following:
- A copy of their constitution/governing document.
- A copy of a recent bank statement (no more than three months old).
- A copy of their latest annual accounts, or financial forecast.
- Their safeguarding and equality opportunity policies.
Grant Amount: Up to £10,000
