National Survivor User Network (NSUN) - Sustaining Spaces Fund

Aims/priorities: National Survivor User Network (NSUN) is a membership organisation and a network of community groups and people who have experience of mental distress, ill-health and trauma which carries out campaigning and advocacy work.

Funding is intended to support the continuation of spaces which promote connection and healing among communities facing marginalisation or oppression.

Who can apply? To be eligible to apply, groups must:

  • Be in England and must be facilitating community spaces where people with shared identities and experiences come together in support of one another’s wellbeing.
  • Be benefitting people or communities who live with mental ill-health, trauma and distress.
  • Operate in a community setting.

The following will be given priority:

  • Groups led by and for people from racialised communities/people of colour.
  • Groups led by and for LGBTQ+ and QTIPOC communities.
  • Groups led by and for young people (approximately defined as 18 to 25 years).

Grant amount: £500 to £1,000 are available.
