Men's Health Community Fund

Aims/priorities: The fund is intended to support projects that improve the physical, mental and social wellbeing of men and boys aged 16 and over, with a particular focus on those living in disadvantaged communities or experiencing the poorest health outcomes.

Its objectives include reaching men who are underserved or disengaged from traditional services, delivering support in trusted community settings, addressing the wider social determinants of health such as housing, employment and debt, and building a stronger evidence base around what works in improving men’s health. In addition, it emphasises prevention and early intervention and provides support during key life transitions, such as becoming a father, experiencing job loss, or entering retirement.

Who can apply? Applications will be accepted from voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, particularly smaller grassroots groups already working with men and boys or embedded in local communities, especially in the most deprived areas.

Grant amount: The fund has a total of £6.3 million.

Application process: The Fund will open for applications in summer 2026.
