Aims/Priorities: Funding is intended to support activities related to:
- Music, theatre and dance.
- The conservation of historic objections, collections and features of buildings which are pre-Victorian in date (pre-1830s).
Who can apply? Applicants for:
- Performing art grants must be UK registered charities or local authority-run venues, with a turnover of less than £1.5 million per annum.
- Heritage conservation grants must be UK registered charities or public authorities.
Grant Amount: There are two different grants:
- Performing arts grants are typically around £4,000, though sometimes smaller but rarely larger.
- Heritage conservation grants are typically under £5,000, but occasionally larger.
