Job: Administration Assistant

BHA for Equality is a leading health and social care charity that works to challenge health inequalities and delivers a range of services to support individuals, families & communities to improve their health & well-being.   

You will be joining a friendly, creative, and dedicated collaborative team who are determined to reduce sexual health inequalities and challenge HIV related stigma and discrimination.

Salary: SCP 7-17, £27,274 - £32,046 per annum pro rata (Actual: £10,909.60 - £12,818.40 per annum)) 

Hours: 14 

Based: Manchester (flexibility to work from home) 

Contract type: Funded initially until June 2027.  

The role will involve: 

  • Ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance when processing electronic and written information. 
  • Maintaining websites and social media, creating engaging content. 
  • Designing and producing promotional materials efficiently. 
  • Processing financial transactions accurately, following procedures. 
  • Inputting and processing data securely, maintaining client and volunteer databases. 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

  • Information Management Experience 
  • Website and Social Media Management Skills 
  • Resource Material Production Proficiency 
  • Financial Administration Competence 
  • Data Management and Compliance knowledge
