We have a new opportunity available in the team at MASH as a Housing First Worker. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and providing personalised, trauma informed support to people with complex needs. You will provide person centred, strength-based support in line with Housing First principles. With your support, women will create long term sustainable tenancies, increasing their independence and maximising their connections with their local community.

To work with other members of the MASH team to achieve the following outcomes:

- To improve women’s wellbeing
- To increase women’s safety
- To enable women to identify and achieve their goals
