Aims/priorities: Through this fund, we want to help sustain access to specialist domestic abuse counselling. We will provide five-year grants to organisations that have a deep understanding of domestic abuse and the needs of victim-survivors, enabling them to continue providing counselling that helps people recover and rebuild their lives.
This fund is part of our Safer Futures Programme that backs organisations who are supporting people to rebuild their lives after abuse, displacement or prison.
Who can apply? We want to fund specialist domestic abuse organisations with at least three years’ experience delivering counselling to victim-survivors of domestic abuse.
Eligible organisations: Charitable organisations registered in and working in the UK, including:
- Registered charities and Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
- Community Interest Companies (CICs) that are not-for-profit with an asset lock
- Other not for profit charitable organisations delivering work strongly aligned with our strategy
Annual income (as shown in your most recent published accounts): must be below £2 million
Grant amount: All successful applicants will receive a grant of £250,000 over five years (£50,000 per year).

The Foundation’s Grant team will hold a free live webinar on 15 September 2026, 11am - 12noon, Registration is required. The webinar will be recorded and transcribed, and published on the website shortly after the event for those unable to attend live.
To start the application process, groups need to complete a short online eligibility quiz on the Foundation's website.
Eligible organisations will then be able to submit an Expression of Interest by 21 October, 5pm.
Those who are successful will hear the week of 23 November 2026 if they have been invited to submit a full application.
