NATURE TOGETHER: Community Connection Walks Reconnect with Nature. Reconnect with Family. Reconnect with Yourself. Do you ever feel like life is moving too fast? Are screens replacing conversations? Are stress and daily pressures leaving little time for meaningful family moments? Imagine stepping away from the noise and into the beauty of nature. 🌳 Listen to birds singing in the trees. 🌼 Discover hidden wonders in your local parks and woodlands. 🌿 Breathe deeply and feel calmer, happier, and more connected. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spend quality time with your family creating memories that last a lifetime. Join Nature Together: Community Connection Walks, a FREE 12-month programme for Afro-Caribbean families across Tameside designed to improve wellbeing, strengthen family relationships, and help communities connect with and care for nature. What to Expect 🍃 Guided nature walks in local parks, riversides, and woodlands 🌸 Tree, plant, and wildlife identification 🧘 Mindful walking and relaxation activities 📖 Nature journaling and creative activities 🔍 Family nature treasure hunts 🤝 Opportunities to meet other local families 🌍 Fun ways to learn how to protect and care for our environment 🍇Snacks provided 📚Field materials Participants to always have suitable clothing and footwear Why Join?
