Middleton Communities in Charge: Design Jam

Thanks to National Lottery players, Action Together has received £50,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund to support communities across six neighbourhoods in Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside.

The funding will give local people the opportunity to help decide how money is spent in their neighbourhood — supporting projects that improve health, wellbeing and local connections.

As part of this, we’re bringing people together in Middleton to talk about what matters most to the local community and what you would like to see happening in the area.

• What would make a positive difference to local people?

• What kinds of projects should receive funding?

• How can we make sure local communities have a real say in how funding is spent?

This event is open to local residents, community groups, voluntary organisations, faith groups, social enterprises, and anyone who lives, works or cares about Middleton.

We want to hear from as many people as possible, so please invite your friends, neighbours, local groups and anyone who works in Middleton to come along.
