Aims/priorities: This fund aims to support projects and activities that increase access to physical and performing arts activities for children and young people who face a particular barrier to participation as a result of who they are, where they live, or the circumstances they face, including but limited to disability, gender, race, or socio-economic disadvantage.
Funding will support organisations to strength or expand existing work, test new approaches, and create lasting opportunities for young people to play, move, create, and perform.
Who can apply? To apply, groups must:
- Be a registered charity.
- Have an annual income of between £100,000 and £1 million in the most recent accounting year.
- Deliver projects engaging children and young people in England.
Grant amount: Project grants of up to £25,000 per year for up to two years are available.
Application process: There is a two-stage application process:
- Groups must first submit an expression of interest.
- Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to submit a full application. Decisions will be announced in December 2026.
