Tech Buddy volunteers help adults across our communities build the confidence and skills they need to use digital
services. This includes older adults, vulnerable adults, migrants, and asylum seekers. You will support service users to
complete everyday online tasks such as booking NHS appointments, managing benefits applications, and applying for
housing, helping to reduce the isolation and disadvantage caused by digital exclusion.
