Administration volunteers help FavourCare Digital Help CIC run smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the
organisation can focus on delivering high-quality digital support to the communities it serves. This role is ideal for
someone with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail who wants to make a real difference to a growing
community interest company.

- Start Date: 7th October 2026
- End Date: 29th December 2028
- Volunteer: Weekly
- Availability: Tuesday AM, Wednesday AM
- Tasks: Responding to incoming emails on behalf of FavourCare in a professional and timely manner, in line with
agreed communication standards
• Drafting and coordinating funding applications to trusts, foundations, local authorities, and other grant-
making bodies, working closely with the Project Lead
• Researching new funding opportunities relevant to FavourCare's work across Greater Manchester
• Writing, reviewing, and updating organisational policies and procedures, including safeguarding, data
protection, volunteering, and equal opportunities policies
• Supporting the volunteer recruitment process, including managing application forms, coordinating
references, and tracking DBS checks
• Designing and maintaining volunteer induction materials and keeping records of training completion
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the organisation's administrative systems, including
participant data, volunteer records, and funder correspondence
• Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and impact summaries for funders and stakeholders
• Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of sessions, meetings, and events
These tasks are not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake other duties in order to meet the needs of FavourCare
Digital Help CIC and the people we serve. - Training: You will be required to complete:
• Induction into FavourCare's ways of working, values, and governance
• Data protection and confidentiality briefing
• Safeguarding awareness (adults at risk)
Additional training or briefings may be identified as relevant to your role during your volunteering. - Requirements: Relevant qualification or training, Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
