- Tasks: Help Lead the Future of Norden Community Trust We’re seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees. This is an exciting moment for the Trust as we look ahead to new opportunities for our building, our services, and our community.
We are a small trust and are passionate about our its place in Norden, we would welcome all but if you live local to the area your insight and local experience on how we could grow would be invaluable
We want people who bring ideas, energy, and a willingness to get involved. Whether your strengths are strategic thinking, community engagement, finance, facilities, or simply a passion for local life, your voice matters.
As a trustee, you will play an important role in supporting our mission, overseeing governance, and helping ensure we continue to make a positive impact in our community.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. Previous trustee experience is not essential — we are particularly interested in individuals who are passionate about our work and can bring fresh perspectives, skills, and ideas.
We are especially interested in people with experience in:
• Finance or accountancy
• Fundraising
• HR or people management
• Legal or governance
• Marketing and communications
• Community engagement
• Education, health, or voluntary sector work
