The Chair of Trustees provides leadership to the Board, ensuring the charity is effectively governed, financially sound, and delivering against its charitable objectives. The Chair works closely with fellow trustees and the Chief Executive (or senior leadership) to set strategic direction and uphold strong governance standards.

    Provide leadership to the Board, ensuring strong governance and compliance
    Lead on strategy, performance, and the long-term sustainability of the charity
    Chair Board meetings and foster a collaborative, effective Board culture
    Support and constructively challenge the Founder/senior leadership
    Act as an ambassador for the charity and support fundraising and partnerships
