The Chair of Trustees provides leadership to the Board, ensuring the charity is effectively governed, financially sound, and delivering against its charitable objectives. The Chair works closely with fellow trustees and the Chief Executive (or senior leadership) to set strategic direction and uphold strong governance standards.
