- Tasks: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer customer inquiries about products and the charity's mission.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Provide receipts and handle returns or exchanges as per shop policy.
- Restock shelves and displays with items from the stockroom.
- Ensure that all merchandise is displayed attractively and neatly.
- Assist with creating and maintaining engaging and appealing displays.
- Help rotate displays to highlight new or seasonal items.
- Keep the shop floor clean and tidy, including sweeping and dusting.
- Arrange and organize items to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with other volunteers and staff members.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. - Training: As and when needed.
- Gain experience in logistics and customer service.
- Contribute to a meaningful cause and support the charity’s efforts.
