VocTech Together Support Programme

Aims/priorities: The Support Programme aims to address systemic barriers in adult education and skills development through digital technology, focusing on challenges faced by underserved learners and supporting scalable solutions through collaboration and funding.

Its objectives are to improve access to skills and employment pathways, strengthen workforce development, drive sustainable change in the UK skills system, and support collaboration to test and scale innovative VocTech solutions.

Who can apply? The Support Programme is for organisations that help adults gain work-related skills, have a clear vocational learning problem, and want to explore how technology could help address it. It is particularly aimed at small, resource-constrained organisations.

Applications will be accepted from a wide range of organisations, including charities, trade bodies, learning providers, employers, private companies, community interest companies and other not-for-profit organisations.

Grant amount: In 2026, up to 40 organisations will join a 10-week programme offering expert-led sessions, peer learning and one-to-one mentoring.

Grant funding of up to £10,000 per organisation is available on successful completion of the programme.

Application process: Applications open on Monday, 6 July 2026.

Guidance notes can be found on the Ufi VocTech Trust website.

Decisions are expected in early September, with the first support programme webinar taking place on 28 September 2026.
