Football Foundation - Energy Fund

Aims/priorities: The funding is intended to help clubs and organisations become more environmentally and financially sustainable, given the rising costs of energy and the ongoing responsibility to protect the environment.

Who can apply? Applications are accepted from football clubs and community sports organisations. This includes:

National Influencing Programme

Aims/priorities: This programme is open to charities and CICs with an income over £25,000 working directly or with others to influence those in power to tackle the causes and consequences of complex issues and the barriers people face. There is no upper limit for income.

Rising living costs and economic, political and policy challenges are making it much harder for many people. But for people already facing complex issues, the systems designed to support them are not fit for purpose and risk pushing them further into hardship and destitution. 

Thomas Pocklington Trust

Aims/priorities: Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT) provides grants for a broad range of projects that support the delivery of positive outcomes for blind and partially sighted people across the UK.

The strategic priorities of the Trust are:

Benefact Trust – Building Improvement Grants

Aims/priorities: This fund aims to provide essential support to protect and enhance Christian church and charity buildings, ensuring their continued use and viability, and the safeguarding of their heritage.

Who can apply? This programme is open to churches, cathedrals, denominational bodies, and Christian charities.

Organisations that have previously received funding under the General Grants Programme will have to wait two years before making an application.

Tameside Domestic Abuse Support Survey

Tameside Population Health are currently in the engagement and consultation phase of recommissioning their Domestic Abuse Support Services in Tameside.

Alongside statutory elements of provision such as safe accommodation, they are keen to hear from local communities about the kinds of support they would want or need as a victim/survivor of domestic abuse.

Population Health are currently holding a survey to collect this information and make sure they continue to provide the right support for people at the right time.

Heritage Crafts Association - Endangered Crafts Fund

Aims/priorities: This fund aims to support projects that support crafts that are currently listed as endangered or critically endangered on the Red List of Endangered Crafts and provide opportunities for makers and trainees who wish to develop or share their skills in the crafts that have been identified as being most at risk.

Who can apply? Individuals and voluntary and community organisations that can demonstrate that they are working the skills and knowledge that are listed on the Red List of Endangered Crafts can apply.

Electricity Northwest – Partnership Fund

Aims/priorities: This fund aims to create partnerships with charities and organisations across the Northwest that will help and support vulnerable Electricity Northwest customers across the region in the event of a power cut and address the following priorities: 

Platinum Jubilee Village Halls Fund

Aims/priorities: The funding aims to support the modernisation and improvement of village halls, so that they are fit for purpose and can provide activities which seek to achieve one or more of the following outcomes for their communities:
