Live Well Volunteering Hub Officer
The role
This is a new role developed through Oldham’s Live Well Implementation Fund. The aim of this role is to establish a Volunteer Hubs offer within Live Well Centres and Spaces across Oldham, making it easier for residents to access volunteering opportunities and connect with community activity on a neighbourhood level.
This role will sit within our Volunteering team - a team of Volunteering Officers who support Oldham residents to access volunteering opportunities, and who work with VCFSE organisations to support their volunteer recruitment and development.

We’re looking for a people-focused and organised individual who enjoys building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and communities. You’ll be a collaborative team player who is passionate about making a positive difference, able to work effectively within established systems and processes. As an enthusiastic advocate for volunteering, you’ll be confident in championing its benefits and inspiring a wide range of audiences to get involved and make a difference.
