Gather and Grow is an exciting community‑led project that will transform an underused outdoor space at Birch Hill Hospital (OL12 9QB) into a vibrant, inclusive garden designed to support wellbeing, learning, and connection for local people. The project will create a welcoming green space where service users, volunteers, families, schools, and local residents can come together to grow food, learn new skills, and enjoy the proven mental and physical health benefits of spending time in nature.

The grant will be used to employ a part‑time (16 hours a week) Project Coordinator who will lead all aspects of delivery, ensuring the garden becomes a well‑used, sustainable community asset.
