The team at KYP have been working hard with the support and guidance of our Community Development Worker, Julie, to ensure they had everything in place to meet the framework requirements of the Quality in Action Award, and earlier this week we were thrilled to present them with their certificate!

This award recognises the outstanding commitment to safeguarding, quality assurance and continuous improvement that KYP consistently deliver, and is acknowledgement of the vast array of quality activities and services they provide for the communities of Rochdale.

"I found the experience of working towards the QiAA very rewarding as it led me to scrutinise our systems and documentation more closely. The process also enabled other KYP staff to think about the effectiveness of our quality system and how we operate. I would like to thank Trish, Julie and all other Action Together colleagues for their continued support to KYP and the VCSFE sector."
