Healthwatch Oldham are hosting a free Health and Wellbeing Event on Tuesday 28 February from 10:45am - 2pm at the European Islamic Centre, 79 Manchester Road, OL8 4LN.
The event is in partnership with BAME Connect and OAK Community Development, and there will be a range of health and wellbeing stalls from services across Oldham providing information including:
- mental health
- physical activity
- health eating
- cancer support
- Dementia support
- support for older people
- lung disease
- housing
- early years
Plus there will be free health checks, a Nordic walking demonstration, henna and skincare demo activities, and a chance to have a go on the Static Kayak provided by the Water Adventure Centre.
