Aims/Priorities: This fund helps clubs invest in activities that strengthen positive culture by listening to members of all ages and involving them in shaping club life. The aim is to support positive experiences, strong relationships and inclusive club environments.
All activities must focus on creating environments where people feel safe, valued and supported to take part and thrive. Topics of focus will include mental health and wellbeing, inclusion, and youth and athlete voice.
