Community Health Champions is a network of trusted community organisations working together to disseminate and cascade health information to their communities, with a specific focus on preventative approaches to promoting health and wellbeing outcomes and mitigating the impact of health inequalities.
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming gathering for voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise (VCFSE) groups. These sessions are all about bringing our local organisations together to strengthen our collective voice.
