We have some exciting news to share with you all regarding recent colleague changes within our Rochdale team.

Firstly, we are thrilled to welcome Fi Oakes as the newest member of our team. Fi joined us at the start of June as a Community Development Worker in Rochdale and brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to our team.

We are thrilled to have Fi board and are confident that her contributions, skills, and positive attitude will undoubtedly enrich our team. Fi joins our wonderful Julie Durrant who, in May, also made the move to the new position of Community Development Worker. As a team, Julie and Fi will continue to significantly expand and improve the ongoing support initiatives that we currently deliver to our members across the Rochdale Borough.

Fi will now cover the regions of Heywood and Middleton while Julie will focus her efforts across Rochdale and Pennines. Welcome aboard Fi!

Our Rochdale Community Team, can help connect you with what’s happening in your area. They have a wealth of experience that could help you. If you think we can help you, please contact us on: 0161 339 2345 or email: development@actiontogether.org.uk

Secondly, it is with great pleasure that we announce the transition of our much-esteemed current Operations Manager, Sarah Pearce, to a new post in our organisation.

We are delighted to announce that Sarah has accepted a new challenge as Systems Change Manager, following many years of exceptional contributions as our Operations Manager in Rochdale.

Sarah will take on the role of Systems Change Manager with us from September this year, enabling us to develop and continue the amazing work that current team member Nichelle Cutler, our Systems Change Facilitator, is already delivering across Rochdale enabling social change through partnerships and collaboration.
