Aims/priorities: The Creating Places for Everyone Test and Learn Programme is a new pilot for eight Locality members working in different contexts to develop their work on racial justice.
Each organisation selected will receive an unrestricted £8,000 grant and five days of tailored support from Locality to review current practices and identify barriers, agree on priorities, and take practical next steps.
The pilot will also support Locality to understand how best to support our members in this area and our own areas for development, and how to shape our longer-term support for place-based and community-led racial justice.
Who can apply? Paid Locality community organisation members, either Essentials or Membership Plus members. Bursaries are available for Network members from racialised communities to cover the cost of one year of Essentials membership
Grant amount: £8,000, unrestricted.
