Resilient Minds Wellbeing Ltd provides engaging wellbeing, resilience and personal-development sessions for children and young people. Sessions combine age-appropriate psychological education with practical, creative and team-based activities designed to build confidence, communication, emotional awareness, coping skills and positive relationships. Activities can include teamwork challenges, leadership tasks, basic map-reading and navigation skills, problem-solving, group discussions, creative projects and other structured activities inspired by my experience working with young people in a uniformed youth setting. Sessions can be adapted for schools, youth groups, charities, community organisations and holiday or activity programmes. They may be delivered as a one-off session or as part of a longer programme and can take place at the organisation’s premises or an agreed suitable venue. All activities are adapted to the age, ability and needs of the group. Resilient Minds Wellbeing Ltd holds an enhanced DBS, and appropriate safeguarding arrangements must be agreed with the commissioning organisation before delivery.
