Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include psychoeducation on resilience, stress, anxiety, confidence, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, coping strategies, emotional regulation, self-care, healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, grief and loss, trauma awareness, neurodiversity, lifestyle factors, and understanding how past experiences can influence present-day thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The focus is on practical tools, increased self-awareness and moving forward.
