"Potential" is an exciting and empowering 6-week entrepreneurship programme specially designed for young individuals who have faced challenges or risks related to crime. Our aim is to help them discover their unique skills and talents, setting them on a path towards success. Founded by a determined 18-year-old who overcame difficulties in school, "Potential" is an initiative fuelled by the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness. We are proud of our program's recognition and have been honoured with multiple national awards, including The Big Education Challenge and The Virgin Money Change Makers awards. During the programme, students will participate in engaging workshops led by young instructors who have achieved business success. These mentors were once in a similar position as our students just a few years ago, making their guidance relatable and inspiring. From basic business philosophy to understanding neuropsychology, our workshops will provide valuable knowledge and practical skills. By being part of "Potential," students will gain the opportunity to develop their unique learning methods and tools. Upon completion, they will receive a certificate from AQA, a respected organization, recognizing their accomplishments and growth. Beyond academic achievements, we aim to foster a positive shift in students' attitudes towards learning. We believe that with the right mindset, they can overcome obstacles and pursue their dreams.
