Sessions are for young people aged 11-18yrs old from the Tameside areas of Hyde/Hattersley. The workshops will focus on the ramifications of young people carrying weapons and how to immediately react to Inflicted Wounds with limited resources. Including becoming proficient in making 999 calls, and the benefits of understanding the ‘What Three Words’ application. Each attendee will receive an attendance Certificate on completion of the workshop, along with Snacks/Soft Drinks/Warm Beverages throughout the day. The workshops will be voluntarily delivered by qualified Paramedics and local Armed Forces Veterans experienced in efficient incident Reporting & Recording processes/procedures. As a secondary outcome, we believe offering a safe place to engage our targeted demographic into a positive social activity and deter the potential to become involved in ASB. Therefore, becoming valued members of the community rather than a hindrance to all. Including members of the Emergency Services.
