Low Impact / Chair-Based Exercise 📍 Guidebridge Conservative Club, 255 Stockport Road, Guidebridge, OL7 0NT 🗓️ Tuesdays 11.00am – 12.00pm & Saturdays 12.00pm – 1.00pm 💷 Free of charge These friendly sessions are designed for older adults, people who are de-conditioned and looking to ease back into movement, and those living with long-term health conditions. The focus is on gentle, low-impact exercises that can be done seated or standing, helping to improve mobility, balance, and confidence. If it’s your first time attending, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can complete a short risk assessment with you. The sessions are led by qualified exercise prescription specialists with experience in working with people with long-term conditions. They are also trained personal trainers, health navigators and nutritionists, ensuring each class is safe, supportive and tailored to your needs.
