Oldham Unity provides support for refugees and asylum seekers. It is a volunteer run project which provides emergency support for destitute asylum seekers and assistance in gaining access to services. We work in partnership with Oldham Baptist Church and the Red Cross, providing refreshments and a welcome to asylum seekers. The Red Cross provide support and advice to service users. We also provide toiletries, some clothing (mostly second-hand) and help with accessing health and other services. If you would like to contact us please email unityoldham@gmail.com.
