About Funky fitness and fun Cic

We are a fitness , wellbeing and healthy eating group for adults with additional needs. Our base is the satellite centre . We promote independent skills , confidence and self esteem . We provide opportunities to enhance existing skills and expand knowledge . We facilitate areas for members to learn new skills . The service runs all week We regularly perform for community groups and local audiences. We work across local boroughs to create interactive awareness in health in a fun way working alongside health professionals , assisting rehabilitation programmes .We support families, carers , also local charitable organisations : Noah's Art , The Haven , Foodbank etc
Members have embarked on martial arts , cookery , organic gardening and dance leadership programmes with certificates to name a few . We work with schools , hospices, sheltered accommodations , care homes and groups for people with additional needs. We create positive change every day and attend courses to enhance skills in communication , relaxation and confidence building so we can deliver optimum support .
