The Leadership Programme works with a diverse group of young people aged between 19-25 years old, who are passionate about making a difference in their city. It is a nine-month, part time programme, that supports participants in achieving new skills, such as leadership, networking and confidence, and supports them with meeting decision makers, experiencing environments of power, and creating and delivering a social campaign on a topic that they are passionate about.
